Gospel Blues Volume 2
Through this compilation CD on the Bongo Boy label you will soon discover that gospel music can sound pretty bluesy nowadays. The times that gospel music was only intended for events such as the EO Youth Day are gone forever because the bluesrock has also closed the gospel in the heart. On this collector are all bands and artists, who are still unknown in our country. But that makes listening to this cd a true discovery.
I therefore start with the highlights on this album. Your Sins Will Find You Out by Gypsy Carns is a steaming raw country blues, brought with the necessary Holy Fire.

"The Watchman" (Trailer Trash; 2007)
Reviewed by R. Scott Bolton

Those who don't think Christian rock can be edgy and raw need do no more than listen to Gypsy Carns' "The Watchman." This is a record that will make you a believer. Heavily steeped in the spiritual, "The Watchman" plays a little like an older Ted Nugent release. The Detroit City Madman can get a little spiritual himself (think "Fred Bear") but Carns has got him beat with songs entitled "Sound the Trumpet," "Jerusalem in Ruins" "Pray for Love" and more. Carns has the same raw edge and heavy guitar sound that the Nuge puts to good effect, but Carns is a much better vocalist, almost in the old school bluesman style. The songs are written with fat chords, bluesy solos and hooks that are sharp but not too sweet. Amazingly, the lyrics don't seem like you're being preached to (most of the time) but rather move the song along rather brilliantly. Those who don't want to hear the message behind the music really don't have to. An irresistible listen throughout, "The Watchman" is highly recommended for everyone but especially fans of Christian rock with real bite. Performing on "The Watchman" are: Gypsy Carns - guitars, dobro, harmonica, vocals; Joe Scheibelhoffer - drums; Sean O' Bryan Smith - bass; Greg Morrow - drums; Mike Brignardello - bass).

He is also a monster slide player in decorating the albums with his gritty - and at times fiery and emotional - licks and chops (his signature Dobro playing and Peavey Power Slide abilities are unparalleled). The guy would give the Rez Band guitar team of Kaiser and Stu Heiss a serious run for their money.

Tango Blues Review - Spain
Gypsy Carns is an expert in dobro and twelve-string guitar. Besides, the way he plays with his slide has no waste, the sound he pulls out of his small cylindrical metal tube is clean and bright, a real gift for the ears.

Tango Blues CD Review
Ten songs that were included on the album are actually very personal story itself for Gypsy . It is the members of his family , and the family is actually very interesting how he created it. His parents, wife and children, grandchildren, his sister, nephews and nieces. Just a theme dedicated to Robbin Thompson Gypsy's friend and musical partner.

Another detail of the CD is that the names of the songs are tributes to family and friends. "Angel Caroline" and "Moon & Stars" are dedicated to his wife, Caroline Carns. "Ezra Fire Wheel" honors the grandson Ezra Seale, while "Jacinda" is dedicated to his daughter, Jacinda Carns Seale.

The General Invades China.
That would be TABASCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Blues Preacher explains what &#34;this&#34; is - H-A-R-M-O-N-I-C-A. <br />Gypsy describes how important this little instrument is to the blues music. Gypsy plays some dobro for the press during his Master Class in China. Gypsy played his dobro, discussed the origins of American Blues and talked about Jesus Christ. The segment made the national TV show in China under the &#34;Entertainment&#34; section - it goes out to a global audience - a great witness for Yeshua. The Blues Preacher performed for about 50 members of radio, magazine, and television. Giving them a dose of his brand of Messianic Blues. It was a Master Class designed to make the China consumers aware of American Blues and some of the traditional instruments used. Is this the right place????? In true street preacher fashion - The Blues Preacher takes the gospel to the streets of Shanghai - Gospel Train Coming - well folks - the Gospel Train&#39;s HERE! The Blues Preacher poses after a show in Shanghai with his trusty tamboruines. The General poses with two of his newest friends. Nathan Michael (center) who is the Gibson ER Pro in Shanghai - loaned Gypsy a Flying V and Les Paul for this tour. On the end is Wells Wang who is the Gibson China Customer Service Representative. Wells also acted as Gypsy&#39;s interpreter and took all the photos in this piece on China. THANKS Wells!!!!! Gypsy played for all the club owners who come out on a Sunday night. It was a great witness and a treat for all the onwers who don&#39;t get to see such a show. Gypsy was originally scheduled to play the big room downstairs - but due to the world cup matches he was moved upstairs. The downstairs crowd is the &#34;western&#34; crowd, lots of Americans and blues is big. He ended up playing for the Chinese businessmen, and children while they ate dinner. &#34; It was like playing a holiday inn in 1973&#34; says Gypsy. &#34;No electric guitars or stompbox, but I swung into a &#39;60&#39;s medley and by the end of the show they had a good dose of the Good News and were singing Twist n Shout and clapping their hands!&#34; Malones is a very upscale venue in the ex-patriot section of Shanghai. Jerusalem In Ruins never sounded so good. The master sound man mixed a great vibe for The General and he did the rest. Special thanks to Morey who owns Thanghai for a great time. Thanghai bar Thanghai bar was a very nice upscale venue in the middle of Shanghai. Gypsy performed a sizzling set to a great response. Gave away many CD&#39;s and preached the good news to a new crowd of listeners. The only rival was the World Cup match which followed his set. The Blues Preacher with his favorite Dobro &#34;Dutchie Boy Blue&#34; - a great witness was held in Shanghai for the entire week. Gypsy poses in this gritty bar called The Shuffle. Concrete dirt and some rocking blues.

AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL AZAL

Daniel 8: 15, 16,26, 27 - Then it happened, when I Daniel, had seen the vision and was seeking the meaning, that suddenly there stood before me one having the appearance of a man. And I heard a man's voice between the banks of the Ulai, who called and said,"Gabriel, make this man understand the vision...And the vision of the evenings and mornings which was told is true; therefore seal up the vision, for it refers to many days in the future." And I, Daniel, fainted and was sick for days; afterward I arose and went about the king's business. I was astonished by the vision, but no one understood it.

Ezekiel 3:1-4: Moreover He said to me, "Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go speak to the house of Israel." So I opened my mouth, and He caused me to eat the scroll. And He said to me, "Son of man, feed your belly, and fill your stomach with this scroll that I give you." So I ate and it was in my mouth like honey in sweetness. Then He said to me: "Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with My words to them."
